Delete your account

Delete your mAI Coach account and associated cloud data directly in the app, or contact CT Labs LLC if you cannot sign in.

Delete in the app

This is the fastest option and submits the deletion immediately.

  1. Sign in to mAI Coach.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. Under Data, expand Data Management.
  4. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Account deletion request and include the email address used for mAI Coach.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. We process verified requests and remove associated data from active systems within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Deletion removes the mAI Coach cloud account and associated server-side data, including profile and authentication records, synced workouts and schedules, nutrition and body data, coach notes, permitted health readings, community posts and relationships, notification tokens, and account-linked uploaded media.

Data stored only on your device can be removed with Erase All Data under Data Management, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app.

Limited retention

We may retain limited subscription, transaction, moderation, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal records when required or permitted for those purposes. Those records are kept only as long as necessary for the applicable purpose or law and are not used to recreate the deleted account.

Deleting mAI Coach does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store where it was purchased.
